Prices
99% of the time, the following will apply. If there's an excessive amount of transactions, it may be a little more. For very few transactions, we can talk.
Accounts
Self Employed Accounts - £125. This would typically include your accounts production and self Assessment return completed and submitted, along with electronic copies for your records.
Partnership Accounts - £325. This would include accounts production and self Assessment return completed and submitted for the partnership and up to two partners.
Small Limited Company Accounts (turnover less than £250k) - £450. This would include accounts production and accounts submission to companies house. It includes the Corporation Tax calculation and completion of the CT600 tax return and submission to HMRC (in ixbrl format). You will also recieve any corresponding dividend vouchers. For turnovers over £250k, the cost will increment up to a maximum of £750.
Director's Personal Tax return £75.
Bookkeeping & VAT Returns
We can agree a fixed fee, dependent on the number of expected transactions, between £100 - £300 per quarter. Alternatively, at an hourly rate of £17.50 per hour. Each quarter you will recieve a copy of your vat return (for approval) and a full set of management accounts which includes details of how much you should put aside for tax (based on the year to date).
Payroll
£3 per person, per payroll + £3 per P60 at year end. Year end submission to hmrc included.
All in one Packages
We can agree and all in one package, for example, small company accounts (as above) including director's tax return, quarterly bookkeeping (and vat returns), and payroll (up to 5 employees) at £99 per month.
